Sometimes we get caught up in the day-to-day of life it is easy to forget to take some time for ourselves.

Absolutely. A prenatal massage is a great way to unplug and get in some relaxation time as Massage is a great way to practice self-care throughout your pregnancy. As your pregnancy progresses, you’ll notice that how we position you on the massage table will change slightly. When you are no longer able to lay on your stomach or back, we will have you in a side lying position to make you comfortable for the massage. This positioning allows us to be able to give an effective massage.
Does Haumea only offer prenatal massages?
While we do offer prenatal massages, we also offer relaxation and therapeutic massages.
