What’s your personal motto?
“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.” Just do you!

What brought you to Haumea?
I’ve been teaching yoga and fitness classes for awhile, but after my pregnancy and the birth of my daughter I have become so much more interested in pre- and postnatal fitness and heath — and I know how much a yoga practice and staying active are beneficial before, during, and after pregnancy. When Kristin first mentioned her vision for this studio I knew I wanted to be a part of it — a space for women to feel comfortable no matter what stage of motherhood they are in — where we can grow stronger both physically and mentally. I am so excited to be part of this team!

What is your favorite memory of your mom?
It’s hard to pick just one! My mom is one of my favorite people and we have a lot of great memories together. I think some of my favorite memories growing up is that my mom loved to bake, so there was always some sort of freshly-baked goods in the house, which was the best. I know I got my love for baking from her!
